Description
|
This
wine stays in the barrel during the first year under the cover of
a Fine Dry (microbiological growing). The oxidative process continues
till the moment of bottling, creating an amber coloured wine with
powerful aromas. It goes well with cheese, ham and other appetizers
as aperitif or after dinner.
